Wendell Glenn Cagape

An ethnographer who worked with the Subanen of Zamboanga Peninsula, he is a scholar of Indigenous Studies in Mindanao with a soon-to-be published book on Indigenous Duality. He earned his PhD in Education (2009), PhD in Southeast Asian Studies (2022) and is presently a PhD Candidate in Indigenous Studies from the University of the Philippines-Baguio. He is an author of two anthology books, At the Cafe under the Sun and Least Coins in my Pocket; published a chapter on Digital Citizenship of the Rohingya in a book published by Springer and a researcher on marginalization, dehumanization, minorities in Southeast Asian, Rohingya, Indigenous Studies, Indigenous Duality, and Subaltern Studies. He is a fellow of the Royal Asiatic Society of Great Britain and Ireland.
