Adela is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) whose work spans community, family, and youth welfare development; behavior change through Applied Behavioral Analysis; and the implementation and evaluation of efficient policies and effective public programs. Her expertise in engaging diverse populations is informed by her cross-cultural professional experience in multiple cities across Indonesia, Hong Kong, and the United States.
