In this paper published by NYSEAN Partner ISEAS – Yusof Ishak Institute, Lee Hwok Aun asserts that the economic landscape of Southeast Asia—with higher-income labor-receiving countries alongside lower-income labor-sending neighbors—is conducive to mutually beneficial labor migration.
