Vice-chairman of the EU-ASEAN Business Council and heavily involved in all things ASEAN with BDO, where he serves as Global Head of Public Policy. Especially interested in trade, supply chains, OECD accession and the geo-economics of this key region for the world economy. Based in Brussels but regularly in SEA.
Noel is also a member of Asia House, Asia Society Switzerland, the Anglo-Thai Society and the The Siam Society. In addition to the topics listed below, Noel is also interested in trade policy.
