As a Paper Conservator at the Met and a Thai descent, I am specifically dedicated to the study and conservation of the Southeast Asian objects on paper at the museum. My field of research includes the study of artistic materials used in objects created in the region, as well as the collection and scientific analysis of traditional artistic materials from Southeast Asia. My aim is to preserve and understand the techniques and craftsmanship of traditional artists, past and present.
