I am an Associate Professor in Islamic Management at UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta, Indonesia, as Head of the Department of Islamic Economics and Finance. Lecturer/Researcher at the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta, Central Java, Indonesia. Research interests include Islamic finance, Islamic banking, Islamic economics, and contemporary Islamic finance issues. Recipient of the Presidential Medal of the Republic of Indonesia and the First Best Paper Community Service Paper at the prestigious International Conference on University-Community Engagement (ICON-UCE) in 2022.
I have a doctoral program (Ph.D.) in banking management and Islamic finance at the postgraduate school of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah, Jakarta. Master's degree (M.S.I.) in the field of Islamic Finance and Banking Undergraduate at UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. Bachelor's Degree (S.E.I.) in Islamic Finance (Islamic Economics) from STIS Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
I serve on the Editorial Board at the Journal of Malia IAIN Kudus. The person reviews articles for Sage Open, Jurnal Ilmiah Peuradeun (JIP), and Qualitative Research in Financial Markets (Emerald) and is an article editor for Sage Open and Economic Analysis and Policy (Elsevier). Additionally, review the following journals: Journal of Shirkah, El Mudhorib, Al Qalam, Indonesian Scientific Journal of Islamic Finance (INASJIF), AT-TIJARAH Jurnal Penelitian Keuangan dan Perbankan Syariah, and Journal of Economics and Business Research (JUEBIR). Qeios, Mabny: Member of Lecturers in Islamic Economics, Consortium of Islamic Finance and Banking Study Programs; Association of Lecturers of the Republic of Indonesia, Islamic Economics Society, and Association of Islamic Economics Experts. I am actively writing fintech books in Islamic Finance: Theory and Practice, Digital Economy, and Islamic Financial Systems, as well as writing in journals and attending conferences and research grants.
