Almighty Cortezo Tabuena (LPT, PhD, EdD, DHum, PDEPL) is the current OIC Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Valenzuela and the founding Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Academic and Practical Research, Philippines. A cum laude graduate in Music Education (2017), he is a Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT) and has been conferred Civil Service Eligibility (CSE). He holds multiple postgraduate credentials in education, culture and the arts, humanities and social sciences, leadership and management, public policy, research and development, and artificial intelligence. Dr. Tabuena has presented at international conferences and published in indexed journals (ACI, WoS, Scopus). Widely recognized, he serves as a speaker, consultant, validator, and reviewer, earning distinctions in research, education, and policy innovation. He is also active in the cultural arts as a music director, accompanist, composer, and arranger of an independent male choir founded in Manila in 2015, integrating leadership, scholarship, and artistic engagement.
